Wow… great turnout for BCIR’s first drive to The Jammery this morning. There were 24 cars and they were split into two groups for the drive portion.

BCIR’s Cars and Coffee

BCIR’s first Cars and Coffee of the season in Kelowna was a big success! The venue has been changed to the Capital News Centre off Gordon Drive. Over 30 vehicles showed up all cleaned and polished. Members embraced the cooler temperatures while enjoying tasty treats and hot coffee.

Next is Kamloops Cars and Coffee on Sunday April 16th, 10 am at Riverside Park. Hope to see lots of members come out.

Inaugural PCA Cruise

PCA partnered up with Princess Cruises for the inaugural 8 day ZoneFest at Sea from December 10 – 18, 2022. The cruise was out of Fort Lauderdale to St Maarten, St Kitts, San Juan and Grand Turk. There are over 600 PCA members onboard… some from BCIR and Canada West Regions.
Fun events were planned like a Diecast Concours where members brought 118 models from home for judging. There were also cocktail receptions, formal dinners, seminars and events on the islands. The Puerto Rico Chapter welcomed the PCA members to Wheels and Espresso. A few members brought their Porsches.

Members present were: CWR President Matt Stogryn, Past Presidents CWR Ray Gumbel and BCIR Brad Pape plus BCIR’s Social Media Kelly Pape. Also PCA’s President Tom Gorsuch, Past President Caren Cooper and executive director Vu Nguyen.

The cruise was a huge success and there is talk of trying to sell out an entire ship with PCA members. Keep watching for upcoming news of a second cruise…

BCIR had their wind up AGM dinner last night at 19 Okanagan Grill and Bar in West Kelowna. The food was excellent and it great to catch up with everyone.

Along with local wines was a complete detailing package from Gold Coast Automotive and a special prize of a track day at Area 27 from August Luxury Motorcars. We appreciate all of our prize donators, advertisers and partners. Without them, we would not have had such a successful season.Watch for upcoming events during the winter months.
