BCIR’s Season Ending AGM

It was a packed house for BCIR’s season ending AGM! 
Thank you to all the members that came from around the region. The new 2020 executive was voted and announced. 
A big thank you to Brad Pape for all of his work as president for the last three years. Manuel Zerwes has agreed to step up from VP to President.

There were a lot of door prizes. Congratulations to the two winners of the Area 27 Track Day donated by August Luxury Motorcars. Thank you to all of our sponsors.

The Gasthaus prepared a wonderful bavarian feast and there were lots of laughs and great conversations. The upcoming season offers new exciting events including a multi day drive to the Olympic Peninsula, breakfast runs and many socials with the Kamloops area planning more events.

The membership of BCIR continues to grow and is now over 160 members. Watch our website for all the announcements and see you at our next event!!

It was an exciting evening at the dealership with the unveiling of the 8th generation 911. Since its first introduction in 1963, the 911 has maintained itself as a pure sports car and an icon.

Kelowna Fill a Frunk

It was BCIR’s annual Kelowna Fill a Frunk and a huge thank you to our members for their generosity!
The 212 lbs of food collected equates to $530 worth of food onto the shelves of the Central Okanagan Food Bank plus our member’s cash donation of $1,855.00.
From Tamie at the Food Bank… “Thank you all for having such kind hearts and for thinking of us, knowing we (as a food bank) are in need of a helping hand. That kind of generosity is commendable, and I hope you all feel a great sense of pride knowing just how much you’ve helped those that rely on our services.”

Kelowna Cars and Coffee

It was an unusually wet Cars and Coffee this month. A big thank you to our members for coming out in the rain!

Drive to Predator Ridge

After Kelowna Cars and Coffee, there was a drive to Predator Ridge in Vernon. Despite the rainy weather, we had 8 cars with 16 people for lunch.
